Rybinsk fishing

Rybinsk Fishing is an annual winter sports and cultural event held in the Rybinsk Municipal District of the Yaroslavl Region. The festival is held in order to promote active winter recreation, draw attention to the traditions of Russian winter fishing and support tourism in the region. The event includes a variety of activities aimed at attracting participants of all ages.:

- Fishing competitions among professional anglers and amateurs.

- Skill contest for the best soup preparation

- A competition for the best creative representation of the team participating in the soup cooking competition.

- Cultural program: performances by folk groups, game programs, a trade fair, exhibitions of handicrafts, workshops on making traditional Russian souvenirs, photo zones.
