To buy a ticket, click on the «Buy ticket» button. In the appeared form, select the tickets you need and their quantity and enter your data: name, email address and phone number. Then check the box in the field «I confirm my agreement with the terms of the user agreement» and click the «Proceed to payment» button. Next you need select an electronic payment system or enter card details and press «Pay» button.

After this, you can download tickets to your device and, if desired, add an event reminder to your calendar.

In some places and events, the «Buy Ticket» button leads to a third-party ticket system. In such cases, follow the rules of the ticket system.

Events participating in the Pushkin Card program are marked thematic tag. They can be found on a separate page.

In such events, when purchasing a ticket, you can choose a payment method - bank card or Pushkin card. When paying with a Pushkin card you will need to enter the last name, first name and patronymic of the card owner fully.

Attention: You can pay for no more than one ticket with a Pushkin card.

If tickets for an event are sold through a third party ticketing system, follow the rules of this system.

If the ticket did not arrive in the mail immediately after purchase, check the folder «Spam». The letter could have gotten into it.

If the letter is not there, go to your personal account on the portal. Button for Login is located at the top of the page. If you are already registered - enter your email and password. If not, register using that the email address you used to register your tickets.

You can also contact technical support - write a letter to emailvisityaroslavia@gmail.com. In your letter, please indicate the name of the event or place you purchased for. ticket, username and email address.

You can return your ticket no later than 5 hours before the start Events. Tickets for exhibitions and museums - no later than 5 hours before the deadline ticket actions.

You can return your ticket in your personal account on the portal or via the link in letter with a ticket.
