Every year at the end of July, the City of Myshkin, Yaroslavl Region, hosts the City Day – the "Mouse Festival".
This holiday is a symbol of pride, love for the native land and unity of all those who love this cozy corner of the Yaroslavl land. Every year, the festival gathers thousands of participants and spectators, turning into a real celebration of culture, traditions and creativity.
The festival includes exciting events, workshops, concerts and exhibitions. Citizens and guests of the city will be able to enjoy folk festivals, take part in contests and competitions, visit museums and sights of the city.
The following events take place within the framework of the Mouse Festival:
-all-age competitive relay race "Mouse Races",
-performance by a group of drummers and a brass band,
-a parade of full-length mouse dolls,
-parade of self-moving stage platforms,
-performance of creative teams.
