All-Russian Literary Festival named after L.I. Oshanin

The fifth anniversary literary festival named after L.I. Oshanin "Sunny Circle" is being held in Rybinsk, the birthplace of the outstanding Soviet poet and songwriter. The festival includes the following key points:
- All-Russian competition in the categories "Prose" and "Poetry" for young authors under 35 years of age.
- A full-time final, which includes training seminars in the "Prose" and "Poetry" sections with a quota for local authors.
- A competition for local authors.
- Concert of the finalists of the competition and the guests of the festival in the KRK Stolby.
- The excursion route "Rybinsk - the literary city of Russia" with a visit to the exposition of the Literary Museum.
- The release of a printed almanac with the texts of the finalists of the festival.
