The Bear Day Festival in 2026 will be held on March 29.

Every year, residents and guests of Yaroslavl celebrate spring at the family festival "Bear Day". This holiday reveals the traditions of the meeting of spring by our ancestors and is associated with the awakening of the bear from hibernation.

In the center of the event is a popular monument to the bear in Yaroslavl – a monument to a roaring bear on a stone. It is there that the festival will begin at 13:00.

The Bear Day family festival is traditionally held on the territory of the Alyosha Popovich Dvor tourist complex (Yaroslavl, Pervomaiskaya str., 55).

What awaits you at the festival in 2026?
