The Uglich Kremlin is a unique natural and archaeological monument, including seven buildings and structures of the XV-XIX centuries. During the tour, it is planned to visit the church of Tsarevich Dimitri "on the blood" (XVII century) and the Chamber of the Palace of the Uglich appanage princes (XV century).
In the church of Tsarevich Dimitri, an inspection of a complex of objects related to the death and canonization of Tsarevich Dimitri, the youngest son of Ivan the Terrible.
In the Chamber of the Palace of the Uglich princes there are exhibition complexes dedicated to the history of Uglich:
"The Uglich region in the X – early XVII centuries" – about the life of the city from the moment of its foundation to the Troubles: archaeological finds of the X-XIII centuries, models of the Kremlin, weapons, icons, paintings, engravings, a throne crowned with the image of the seal of the organizer of the Chamber, Prince Andrew the Great.
"The Uglich region in the XVII – XVIII centuries" – the history of the renaissance of Uglich: royal contributions, monuments of urban culture of the XVI-XVII centuries, the first coat of arms of Uglich, money issued at the Mint of the Empire.
Guided tours are available for private visitors and tour groups.
