Of particular interest today are the authentic objects associated with N. A. Nekrasov – the places where he lived, personal belongings, and family heirlooms. For a modern viewer, it is important to be involved in the process of cognition. Visitors strive not only to get acquainted with the factual material, but also to experience the atmosphere of the place, immerse themselves in the daily life of the poet.
The tour creates a special environment in the Poet's Private Rooms exhibition, allowing visitors to interact with the memorial space through various organs of perception: sight, hearing, and smell.
An audio performance based on documentary sources – letters and memoirs of Nekrasov and a member of his family - was recorded especially for the tour.
