The Regional Children's Clinical Hospital serves the children's population of the Yaroslavl region from 0 to 18 years old.

The Regional Children's Clinical Hospital has 337 beds in a 24-hour hospital: Surgical Department, Uroandrological Department, Traumatology and Orthopaedic Department, Endocrinology Department, Department of Pathology of Newborns and Premature Infants, Neurological Department, Otolaryngology Department, Department of Neurorehabilitation and Speech Pathology, Hematology Department, Nephrology Department, Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, Department of Medical Rehabilitation.

The Regional Children's Clinical Hospital also includes a 64-bed day hospital with the following profiles: Nephrological, Allergological, Pediatric, Ophthalmological, Surgical, Traumatological, and Uroandrological.

The Regional Children's Clinical Hospital also includes a consultative and diagnostic center (with a planned capacity of 225 visits per shift).: Consulting Department, Radiation Diagnostics Department,  Department of Functional Diagnostics, Endoscopic Department,  Department of ultrasound diagnostics, Clinical diagnostic laboratory.

The structure is dominated by the volume of elective surgical care. There is an increase in surgical and surgical activity in the fields of orthopedics, neurosurgery, uroandrology, and otorhinolaryngology.
