The deadline for accepting applications for subsidies for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities (glamping) for the period 2025-2027 has been extended until March 27, 2025.

More than 300 glamping rooms have been created in the Yaroslavl Region in two years thanks to federal support. This year, investors can also receive targeted subsidies for the construction of modular hotels as part of the national Tourism and Hospitality project. The application must be sent to the Ministry of Tourism of the Yaroslavl region by March 27.

– The creation of glamping sites is one of the promising areas for our region. In two years, we have implemented 13 projects and created more than 300 rooms," said Mikhail Evraev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region. – We are waiting for new applications from investors who, I am sure, will appreciate the benefits of the subsidy. The payment compensates for the costs of facilities that are built quickly, and you can use them and make a profit all year round.

The subsidy is provided in the amount of no more than 50 percent of the cost of implementing an investment project, and the maximum compensation for the cost of creating one room is no more than 1.5 million rubles. The total cost of the project and the number of rooms are unlimited.

The main requirements for the application are as follows:

- the name of the investment project and the location of the land plot on which it is planned to be implemented, as well as documents confirming the rights to the specified land plots, or the right to place modular non-capital accommodation facilities on them.;

- the category and type of permitted use of the land plot should allow for the possibility of glamping on it;

- the modules must be factory-made and equipped for year-round comfortable and safe stay of tourists, equipped with an individual toilet, washbasin, shower, and have a total area of at least 15 square meters per room, with the exception of the bathroom area.;

- provide a description of the project.

Given the need for a preliminary analysis of investment projects to determine whether the application meets the selection criteria, the package of documents for inclusion in the consolidated list of projects must be submitted to the regional Ministry of Tourism by March 27, 2025.
