Tutaev is preparing for the celebration of the City Day

On Saturday, Tutaev will celebrate the City Day. An extensive program has been prepared for residents and guests. The events will take place at several entertainment venues at once, which will start operating from 10 a.m.

– Tutaev is a unique ancient city that carefully preserves its identity. Travelers often compare it to a Mold. More than 90 thousand tourist trips were made to the city last year, and tourists spent about 280 million rubles. And this year there will be even more guests," said Mikhail Evraev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region. – The district team vividly presented their small town at the Travel forum at VDNH. Tutaev has a lot to offer: hiking and cycling routes, excursions to museums, visits to temples, local souvenirs, and events such as City Day are interesting to both residents and guests. On Saturday, Central Park, Jubilee Square, USSR Square and the site of the district administration will be the venues of the holiday. I invite everyone to Tutai!

Urban sports competitions, a volleyball tournament, an extreme sports festival and outdoor training sessions will be held at the youth playground in Central Park. During the day there will be workshops for children and a foam disco. In the evening, soloists of the Yaroslavl Philharmonic and the Yaroslavl Brass Band will perform here.

The territory of the Soviet games will unfold in the USSR square, the "Songs for the Soul" apartment complex will take place, and an interactive playground with retrotechnics will work.

The main entertainment and celebrations are planned on Jubilee Square. The opening ceremony of the City Day will take place here at 5 p.m. In the evening, vocal groups from Tutaev, Vladimir and Moscow will create a festive atmosphere and mood.

– There are more than 300 cultural heritage sites in Tutayev that attract the attention of guests. At the same time, the city is developing rapidly, and the flow of tourists is increasing every year, including through event tourism," said Dmitry Dobrynin, Acting Minister of Tourism of the Yaroslavl Region.

A gastronomic festival and photo zones have also been prepared for the guests of the holiday. Fairgrounds will be open on Jubilee Square, where both large Yaroslavl manufacturers, farmers and artisans will present their products. It will be possible to buy ice cream from the Tutaev Iceberry-FM factory, quail eggs and quails from the Uglich poultry farm, cheeses and dairy products from the Uglich AgriVolga holding, Yaroslavl honey, sheep wool products and much more.

The musical highlight of the evening will be the performance of the Brilliant group.

Tutaev City Day – 2025 will end with a disco, a festival of colors and a fire show "Fire Extravaganza".
