The Ugleche Pole Festival will be held on July 19, Uglich's birthday.

– This festival is one of the most notable events of this summer, – said Dmitry Dobrynin, Acting Minister of Tourism of the Yaroslavl Region. – This unusual format of the City Day celebration was first tested in 2017 and has already gained popularity, has become a local tourist attraction and will undoubtedly attract many guests this year. Eventful and original events contribute to the development of domestic tourism, which is supported by the national project "Tourism and Hospitality", initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

As part of the event, a unique musical portrait of the city will be created – from the real sounds of Uglich and the voices of its inhabitants.

The program also includes games, theatrical performances, reconstructions of historical events, and souvenir shops where you can buy products from Uglich craftsmen.
