The 24th Golden Ring of Russia Aeronautics Festival will be held in Pereslavl-Zalessky from July 16 to 20.

"For almost a week, Pereslavl-Zalessky will become the capital of aeronautics," said Mikhail Evraev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region. – More than 20 pilots of thermal balloons from Yessentuki, Yoshkar-Ola, Kaluga, Belgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Yakhroma, Lyuberets and Dolgoprudny will come to us. Such colorful and large-scale events certainly contribute to the tourist attractiveness of our region. I invite everyone to Pereslavl-Zalessky to enjoy the summer atmosphere and get positive emotions. It's better here than in Turkish Cappadocia, and most importantly, it's much closer.

The festival program includes nine colorful flights of 20 bright balloons each. Guests will enjoy not only beautiful views of Pleshcheyev Lake and its surroundings, but also a rich entertainment program: a craft fair, dance warm-ups, sports competitions and family relay races, quests and quizzes, a club of board and story games for teenagers, a club of night players for adults: mafia, poker for fun, children's discos, pajama and paper parties, evening entertainment programs with invited artists, an art studio for adults and children, and much more.

According to Dmitry Dobrynin, Acting Minister of Tourism of the Yaroslavl Region, Pereslavl-Zalessky is actively developing, various festivals and celebrations with the participation of thermal balloons are held here.

– In addition to the winter event in January, the sixth Spring in Pereslavl Aeronautics Festival was held in April, – Dmitry Dobrynin said. – This year, for the first time, a vibrant "Festival of Hearts" was held in the Yaroslavl region. All these colorful events are implemented according to the goals of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality".
