The Voskhod high–speed vessel has started operating on the Yaroslavl–Tutaev - Rybinsk route.

The first flight of the new Voskhod high-speed vessel has been launched in Yaroslavl, which will connect the regional center, Tutaev and Rybinsk.

– The journey time from Yaroslavl River Station to Rybinsk with a stop in Tutaev takes only two hours. The vessel will operate daily," said Mikhail Evraev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region. – Starting from August 1, we will launch another new route – Yaroslavl – Tolga. It will be serviced by the modern electric catamaran Beloyar, with four flights per day. President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has repeatedly stressed the importance of developing waterways and infrastructure. Our region is located on the Volga, we have our own sea, so we pay special attention to modernizing the river infrastructure: we build berths, increase the number of water routes, work closely with cruise companies and investors, and survey areas near the water to create recreational areas.

The vessel accommodates 70 passengers, it has undergone a complete modernization and repair carried out by the forces of the carrier company. Voskhod will depart daily from Yaroslavl River Station at 10.35 and 14.55, from Tutaev – at 11.25, 15.45 towards Rybinsk and at 13.35, 17.55 – towards Yaroslavl, from Rybinsk – at 12.30 and 16.50.

The one–way fare between Yaroslavl and Tutaev will be 177 rubles, Tutaev and Rybinsk - 229 rubles, Yaroslavl and Rybinsk – 406 rubles. Tickets can be purchased on board the ship, as well as on the carrier's website.

On behalf of the Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, large-scale work on the development of transport infrastructure continues in the region. The creation of affordable and comfortable transport and the launch of a new route is an important step in the development of the transport industry. In 2024, about 426,000 passengers were transported by river transport. Over the past year, more than 42,000 people have ridden the electric catamaran "Beloyar". This indicates a growing interest in water routes.
