Five tourism investment projects worth 19 billion rubles are currently being implemented in the Yaroslavl Region. This was announced by Dmitry Dobrynin, Acting Minister of Tourism of the Yaroslavl Region.

"As for the existing infrastructure and existing projects, we are actively developing the construction of hotels. At the moment, we are implementing five powerful investment projects totaling almost 19 billion rubles," he said during a meeting in the Federation Council.

He noted that there is an active construction of campsites and glamping sites in the region. "We actively support the construction of campgrounds and glamping sites, the so-called modular non-residential buildings. We have good federal support from the Ministry of Economic Development for this program from 2025 to 2027. By 2027, an additional 1,000 rooms will appear in the Yaroslavl Region," he added.

The main attraction of the Yaroslavl region is a constellation of 12 ancient cities: Yaroslavl, Gavrilov-Yam, Danilov, Lyubim, Myshkin, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Poshekhonye, Rostov the Great, Rybinsk, Tutaev, Uglich and the flooded Mologa. Each of them has its own unique appearance and atmosphere.
