The Uglich Cheese and Dairy Plant (USMZ) became the winner in the nomination "The best venue for events: industrial facilities" in the MICE AWARD 2024!
In 2024, a unique Russian center dedicated to industrial and gastronomic tourism, Syrkultprosvet, was opened on the territory of the plant. Here visitors can learn not only about the history of domestic cheese making and the factory itself, but also see the modern production process.

The main attraction of the Yaroslavl region is a constellation of 12 ancient cities: Yaroslavl, Gavrilov-Yam, Danilov, Lyubim, Myshkin, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Poshekhonye, Rostov the Great, Rybinsk, Tutaev, Uglich and the flooded Mologa. Each of them has its own unique appearance and atmosphere.
