The Gallery of Modern Orthodox Art "Under the Holy Veil" is an amazing space, a unique spiritual work that combines paintings and graphics by artist Sergei Simakov, now Abbot Raphael, masterpieces of church decorative and applied art of the XV–XIX centuries, written and material evidence of the tragic history of the Russian Orthodox Church, its ascetics. and confessors in the 20th century.

Visitors are offered guided tours of the exhibitions "Russia in the paintings of Abbot Raphael (Simakov)", "Holy Russia in the paintings of Abbot Raphael (Simakov)" (for children's groups), "Treasures of ancient Uglich", "Stones of Uglich", as well as a trip to the church of the Archangel Michael, "what's in the woods", by the rector of which the Abbot is Raphael (Simakov).
