Volzhskaya embankment (Right bank)

From the Volga embankment, you can see the magnificent ensemble of temples on the left bank. As in a fairy tale, seven hills rise.

The long Volga embankment is located on the Borisoglebskaya side. The most well-maintained part of the embankment begins at the stairs of the Resurrection Cathedral and stretches to the pier where cruise ships are moored. There is a sandy beach in this place where you can swim and sunbathe in summer.

The main attraction of the Yaroslavl region is a constellation of 12 ancient cities: Yaroslavl, Gavrilov-Yam, Danilov, Lyubim, Myshkin, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Poshekhonye, Rostov the Great, Rybinsk, Tutaev, Uglich and the flooded Mologa. Each of them has its own unique appearance and atmosphere.
