"Peter the Great's Boat" is located on Gremyach Mountain near Pleshcheyev Lake, in the ancient village of Veskovo. It is one of the oldest provincial museums in Russia, founded in 1803. However, its history begins much earlier, from the end of the XVII century, with Peter I's youthful passion for shipbuilding on the shores of Lake Pereslavl.

The main value of this picturesque historical estate is rightfully considered to be the surviving boat "Fortuna", according to legend, built by young Peter himself. The preserved authentic details are also of great interest: carved ornaments, anchors and cannons of Peter's funny ships, as well as the remains of the business Petrovsky courtyard of that time.

Visitors to this unique museum have a great opportunity to make an unforgettable journey into the past by taking part in the excursion and entertainment program "Petrovsky Assembly "Centuries of gambling".
