THE GANSHINS' MANOR MUSEUM

There is an exposition in this museum-estate, which introduces in detail the life of the Pereslavl village at the end of the XIX century - everyday life, crafts, art.

While walking through the park, going down to the Shakhe River, you will hear a story about how the first village power plant was created in these places, which illuminated the houses of the village of Gorki back in early 1920. In June and July, you will admire the flowering of a rare flower in our region - the curly lily. And what a bird choir welcomes our guests!

The museum offers a taste of the once-forgotten, but now resurgent game of CROQUET. On the playground, restored to its historical site, you will be offered a game with an instructor, the current Russian croquet champion.

By making a pre-order, you will be able to participate in the interactive programs "How a shirt grew in the field"; "A lesson in an old school", "Pioneer trails" (one day in the life of a pioneer camp), etc., as well as in the master class "Doll chest" (making a traditional folk doll). By prior reservation, a tea party is organized for groups on the veranda of the museum.

The museum is designed for visitors with diverse interests who are not indifferent to the history of their country. Vacation time and weekends are the best time to spend it with family or friends. Discover new routes. There are unique historical sites nearby that you can visit. You can visit the museum-reserve either as an organized group or on your own. The museum will be happy to welcome small family groups. You can camp with tents by the river, go on a hike to the spring and reservoir.
