Wooden merchant's house with a mezzanine, built in the third quarter of the 19th century in the style of late classicism. One of the few wooden houses in the style of late classicism that have been preserved in Poshekhonye. The chopped and sheathed walls are placed on a brick plinth. The two-storey house is decorated with a mezzanine, the windows are simple architraves. In 2023, the Poshekhonsky district youth team stood up to protect this house from demolition. In September, a project was developed for its art conservation (winner of the Competition "Rosmolodezh.Season 2 grants" and the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives). The projects are aimed at attracting the attention of young people, residents of Poshekhonye and guests of the city to the preservation of historical heritage.
