Public assembly building with shops

The Inter-Settlement Cultural and Leisure Center is located in the building of the former Public Assembly

It was built in the second half of the XIX century. The second floor was occupied by a public meeting hall and some services of the city council, on the ground floor there were shops of iron and groceries of merchant A.F.Krundyshev. Now it is the main leisure institution of the district. Concerts, festivals, performances are held here, creative associations, a folk theater, a folk song and dance ensemble "Sogozhanochka", a folk collective "Svoyaya Volna", a creative association of needlewomen "Tsolonda", a youth club and others work.

The main attraction of the Yaroslavl region is a constellation of 12 ancient cities: Yaroslavl, Gavrilov-Yam, Danilov, Lyubim, Myshkin, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Poshekhonye, Rostov the Great, Rybinsk, Tutaev, Uglich and the flooded Mologa. Each of them has its own unique appearance and atmosphere.
