The house was built at the beginning of the XIX century on the basis of one of the exemplary projects of K.I.Rossi. To this day, an outbuilding, courtyard buildings, a bathhouse, a stable, and wrought-iron decorations above the entrance to the mansion have been preserved on it. At the end of the 19th century.the estate belonged to the merchant Feofan Pavlovich Dubov, the owner of a tannery on the embankment of Sogozha. In 1917, the owner was the son of Feofan Pavlovich - Pavel Dubov, who sold flour goods. The building belongs to the objects of cultural heritage of Federal significance. Since Soviet times, the estate has housed a military commissariat.
