An example of a merchant's estate typical of the city, combining two brick buildings of different times in the forms of classicism and eclecticism. At the end of the 19th century, brothers Ivan and Alexey Stepanovich Pervov, partners who owned a tannery and trade in leather goods, lived in it with their families. In Soviet times, the building was occupied by the police, the district department of internal Affairs. Now the estate houses a police station.
