The museum department "Sit" of the Nekouz Cultural and Ethnographic Center has been operating in the village of Pravdino since 2008. The museum is located within the walls of the former Pravdinskaya elementary school, built according to the design of Nikolai Yuryevich Lermontov in 1910.
The Sith is a legendary and mysterious river, the distant events of 1238 are connected with it, another mystery of the City is a special people – the Sitskari, who differed in language and way of life from the rest of the inhabitants. In the museum, you can see how the "northern silk" flax was grown and processed on the shores of the City, get acquainted with the collection of Sith axes and agricultural implements, with the features of the Soviet rural school.
The museum has more than a thousand exhibits, most of which were collected in nearby villages and villages by enthusiastic local historian Vladimir Mikhailovich Zholudev.
