The house of doctor Vladimir Karlovich Schill
Stone two–storey house with an outbuilding, built in 1901-1902. Schill's house had an open veranda on the south facade. Unfortunately, Vladimir Karlovich did not have time to equip the house with plumbing and sewerage, and he did not have time to live in it – he died two years later upon completion of construction. The building was bequeathed by Schill to the city of Pereslavl to house a "useful public institution."
The blue mansion, owned by Dr. Schill, is considered by architects to be one of the examples of "late eclecticism" buildings. There is a gatehouse not far from the house. This old building, designed for living, occupies almost the entire estate.
Under Soviet rule, the mansion housed government offices, and subsequently the layout was changed, and it was divided into residential apartments.
