Svet i Zarya Bakery Cafe

The bakery is located in an old mansion built in 1906, in the historical center of Yaroslavl.

Every morning we bake rye-wheat sourdough bread, the technology of which includes long-term fermentation, which helps to improve the taste, aroma and everyone's favorite crispy crust. A separate feature is the Yaroslavl bun: baguette dough with cranberries.

The bakery's main product is fresh pastries and desserts. We use only natural products and Italian chocolate.

The bar's menu features freshly roasted teas and coffees with an extensive geography from Ethiopia to Colombia.
