"Lenina 21" is the address of a 200—year-old house in the city of Danilov, Yaroslavl region, and the name of a project to create a creative center in it.
The history of the house: it was built as a merchant's apartment building with a shop, in Soviet times it was given over to communal apartments, and in 2016 it was declared dilapidated and resettled. In 2019, Dmitry Andreev, a local historian, bought the house and decided to create a cultural center in it.
Currently, the house hosts: open days, excursions, concerts, master classes. You can spend the night on the second floor, and have a coffee on the first floor.
In 2025, it is planned to complete the restoration of the house: to restore three courtyard facades, to restore drainage and blind area around the house.
