Nekouz Cultural and Leisure Center

The first building of the House of Culture was built in the 20-30s of the last century. Since then, the institution has been actively working in all areas of cultural and leisure activities, involving all age groups of the population in cultural life. A beautiful stage, good lighting and sound equipment make it possible to conduct concert, theatrical, competitive, educational, entertaining, and game programs at a good level.

In 2019, the Nekouzsky KDC received the monetary award "The Best rural cultural institutions of the Yaroslavl region." In 2021, as part of the national project "Culture", a modern cinema hall was opened, which allows you to watch the latest news in high quality. The guests are presented with new comfortable spectator chairs, a digital video projector, a multi-channel sound system, a large cinema screen, and a 3D display system.
