The Concert and Entertainment Center is a multifunctional cultural institution of the Yaroslavl region, which has modern equipment and extensive opportunities for organizing and holding significant large–scale events. The institution was established on August 16, 2013 as part of the events dedicated to the celebration of the 1000th anniversary of the city of Yaroslavl. The building has 2 auditoriums with 1,448 and 410 seats, a conference hall with 88 seats, a cinema hall with 54 seats; the foyers of the first, second and third floors are used as an exhibition space. The total area is 35,360 sq. m.
The concert and entertainment Center holds socially significant events of regional, Russian and international level, including large-scale outdoor events in the city and region with the involvement of a large number of spectators. For 11 years of operation, the center has held more than 5,000 events, which were attended by more than 3 million viewers.
Since 2015, Millennium has been the only cultural institution in the Yaroslavl Region that implements a state policy in the field of cinema. Every year, the center holds more than 600 film screenings in various localities of the Yaroslavl region using a cinema car and in the Luch cinema hall.
The Center holds significant events of the highest level in various fields of culture and public life, requiring special professionalism and responsibility, which indicates recognition of the high quality of the institution's work.
