The menu of the restaurant "Seasons" will allow you to take a fresh look at well-known dishes of Russian and European cuisine. The special menu is also regularly updated according to the time of the year, so that guests can feel the atmosphere of the season. The freshest ingredients and products of local producers are used for cooking: Uglich quails, the famous cheeses of the Uglich cheese factory, and, of course, the gifts of the Volga — Volga pike perch, pike and catfish.
The chef has prepared a special children's menu for the younger guests of the restaurant.
From May to September, there is an open veranda overlooking the Volga embankment and ancient Uglich.
