In the restaurant you will find not just a lunch, but a story! Here you can taste smoked and baked grouse - royal herring, cooked according to an ancient recipe, which was served to the Russian tsars, and the chef of the restaurant, if you wish, will hold a master class for you on cutting herring in the Dutch manner. Here you can try ice cream with herring.
