Onion marmalade and jam are not a fairy tale, but a delicious reality. They are ideal for meat, cheeses and as an exquisite appetizer for wine. Onion marmalade won the Grand Prix of the All-Russian Gastronomic Festival in 2021. Onion jam is often taken away as a souvenir. This is not a sweet dessert for tea, but an amazing sauce with a deep taste for second courses. And then there's the jam!
The main attraction of the Yaroslavl region is a constellation of 12 ancient cities: Yaroslavl, Gavrilov-Yam, Danilov, Lyubim, Myshkin, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Poshekhonye, Rostov the Great, Rybinsk, Tutaev, Uglich and the flooded Mologa. Each of them has its own unique appearance and atmosphere.
