A trip by retro train to Rybinsk from Yaroslavl
A colorful retro train will take you to the original Rybinsk from Yaroslavl railway station. In the Golden Ring of Russia carriage, it's like you're walking into the past. Steam locomotive smoke billows, the wheels rattle rhythmically: the furnishings and interiors are reminiscent of the travels of the last century. At the head of the train are the famous steam locomotives of the L series "Lebedyanka" or P-36 "General". The guides are in a thematic form corresponding to the retro epoch.
After arriving at the Rybinsk railway station, you will have 5.5 hours to explore one of the oldest cities in the Yaroslavl region on your own. You can admire the magnificent Transfiguration Cathedral, visit the Rybinsk Museum-Reserve, take a master class at the Rybinsk Fish Museum, look into the Admiral F. F. Ushakov Museum or see other valuable sights.

11:30 a.m. — Arrival in Rybinsk. Free time.
17:00 — Independent boarding of the retro train. Departure to Yaroslavl.
18:30 — Arrival of the train at Yaroslavl-Glavny railway station.
