Inspired by the traditions of oriental hospitality, we have created a large family restaurant in the center of Yaroslavl, bringing together in the menu all the most famous dishes of the Great Silk Road cuisine from the East to the Mediterranean.
Traditions and modernity, centuries-old recipes and technology, national ornament and fashionable design, pastries made by hardworking hands, and author's cocktails are combined here under one roof.
Simple, eternal and understandable food for everyone, where the main thing is the quality of the products, the cooking method (wood-fired cauldron, barbecue, wood stove) and fidelity to authentic recipes. When we opened Sajera, we wanted all these dishes to give our guests a real treat.
Chef Ilya Komar has put together in a concise menu everything that Oriental cuisine is so loved for all over the world: from national pastries and hummus to baked lamb shoulder with herbs and vegetables, and bold experiments have not been complete – mantas with shrimp and walleye, which collect rave reviews!
