The V.V. Tereshkova Cultural and Educational Center is a multicomponent cultural institution that synthesizes embodied progressive scientific, technical, educational, and enlightening interactive opportunities and includes: a modern planetarium with three-dimensional computer visualization, an astronomical observatory, an exposition and exhibition hall "History of Cosmonautics", an educational and entertainment complex "Trans-Force" with interactive a class and a 5-D Shuttle ride.

The building is equipped with ramps, there is a special bell at the entrance, there are two lifts (elevators) in the lobby of the first floor, and there is also a sanitary and hygienic room for people with disabilities. There are special parking spaces.

The Millennium Shopping Center is a unique, unique multi–disciplinary cultural complex in the region, with inexhaustible potential for hosting events of the highest level.

Five halls, universal exhibition areas, a cinema hall, a rehearsal room, professional make-up rooms, a cafe and convenient parking.

The Concert and Entertainment Center is comfortable for both classical and modern art. The technical capabilities are ideal for holding a wide variety of event formats: concerts, shows, performances, congresses, meetings, press conferences, film screenings, corporate and family celebrations.

For visitors with disabilities, there are convenient ramps, a lift, an equipped toilet room, tactile signs.

Karabikha is the only palace-type estate in the Yaroslavl region in the middle of the XVIII century, which has almost completely preserved its historical appearance.

The core of the architectural ensemble of the estate is formed by a Large manor house with two wings and a front courtyard. There are 2 parks from the north and south — the Upper French Regular and the Lower English landscape with ponds and the Gremikha cascade. Numerous outbuildings from the middle of the XIX–early XX centuries and an orchard have been preserved.

Today there is a memorial museum of N.A. Nekrasov. The museum's exhibitions are dedicated to the life and work of the great Russian poet and his entourage. Personal belongings, family heirlooms and household items illustrate the Nekrasovs' lifestyle and immerse them in the history of the Russian noble estate.

The Museum of Ded Mazai and the exhibition "Private Rooms of the Poet" in the Eastern Wing are available for guests with visual impairments: tactile exhibits, relief and graphic aids, and an audio guide have been developed in the halls.

Persons with hearing impairments can visit all the museum's exhibitions, guided tours are accompanied by a sign language interpreter (not provided by the museum).

The open-air exposition "Gardens and Parks of Karabikha" (the territory of the front courtyard and Upper Park) is available for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users.

One of the largest regional museum reserves in Russia is located on the territory of the former Goritsky Monastery of the XVII-XVIII centuries. From here you can enjoy a fascinating view of Pleshcheyevo Lake in modern Pereslavl-Zalessky, and in the museum's exhibitions – "Treasures of the monastery Sacristy", "Wreath of Manors", "Ancient Russian Painting", "Orthodox wooden sculpture" and "Pereyaslavl Novy" - you can experience the glorious past of the fortress city, get acquainted with the unique cultural and historical heritage of ancient Zalessky region. The museum offers visitors a variety of guided tours for organized and individual groups, interactive programs and exciting quests, invites them to the famous museum holidays "Christmas at the Museum", "Madame Maslenitsa", "Island of Childhood".

Structural divisions of the museum:

- The Transfiguration Cathedral (1152-1157) is a particularly valuable cultural heritage site of the peoples of the Russian Federation,

- The Peter the Great Boat Museum is a historical estate that preserves the memory of the young Peter, who mastered shipbuilding here and created his first "Funny Flotilla" on Pleshcheyev Lake,

- The Ganshin Manor Museum is a merchant's estate where you can plunge into the atmosphere of the 19th century. To study the life, crafts and art of the Pereslavl village

- The Museum Center on Rostovskaya is a modern cultural space in the historical part of Pereslavl-Zalessky.

For visitors with disabilities, staff call buttons are installed on the territory of the museum and the Peter I Boat branch, and stands with Tactile mnemonics of all buildings are located. Information systems of stands with information about the museum, the main expositions and the main exhibits are installed in the museum and branches. Portable ramps can be used at some facilities, tactile signs and pictographs using Braille are placed (information about the institution, the name of the facility, cash register, toilet, etc.), handrails are installed in sanitary rooms. The sanitary unit of the Peter the Great Boat branch has a special booth for visitors with disabilities.  

The main building of the museum is one of the most beautiful in Rybinsk, located on the banks of the Volga River. It was built in 1912 according to the project of the Moscow architect A. V. Ivanov for the grain exchange. Inside, the building has retained much of its original finish: wrought-iron staircase railings, stucco ceilings.

The museum's collection includes collections of the richest noble estates and several liquidated museums of the Yaroslavl province, unique exhibits from the state museum fund and gifts from local historians; Russian and foreign paintings and graphics, including family portrait galleries, furniture, weapons, porcelain, glass, bronze, icon painting collection, archaeological finds and remains of fossil animals.

For visitors with disabilities, the museum provides an outdoor lift, a specially equipped toilet room, and a large plaque with information about the museum in Braille.

Yaroslavl State Puppet Theater is one of the oldest puppet theaters in Russia. The first performance took place on March 1, 1927.

Today, the Yaroslavl State Puppet Theater has more than 40 performances in its creative baggage. The repertoire is based on fairy tales: textbook and modern, simple-minded and philosophical, eccentric and lyrical. Productions based on classical works by Russian and foreign authors occupy an important place in the repertoire.

The special pride of the puppet theater is the museum. Here, dolls from performances that have already left the repertoire poster are carefully stored in the showcases. The most expensive rarities are antique dolls that survived the Great Patriotic War. And the guardian angel of this museum theater space is the same Petrushka, the favorite of the founder of the theater, Maria Slobodskaya, who participated in the very first performance of our theater.

The theater is located in the same building as the theater of the young spectator on the square of Youth. The building is equipped with a ramp at the entrance, and an elevator for people with limited mobility is installed in the lobby of the first floor of the Youth Theater.

Modern drama and classics; performances for children, youth and adults; bright cheerful comedies and serious works that offer to think about difficult issues; author's music, own arrangements and musical intermissions. All this is the Yaroslavl Theater of the Young Spectator.

The theater opened its first season on February 22, 1984 with the premiere of the play "Forever Alive" based on the play by Viktor Rozov. Today, the theater bears the name of this famous playwright, who played an important role in creating a theater for children and youth in his hometown of Yaroslavl.

The theater's repertoire includes classical dramatic performances, modern plays, musical and poetic productions based on the best works of world literature. The poster features Pushkin and Lermontov, Andersen and Perrault, Ostrovsky and Goncharov, Volodin and Schwartz, Lindgren and Chapek…

The performances involve both yesterday's graduates of theater universities and experienced established actors. Many theater artists are gifted with wonderful voices and a fine understanding of music, live performances and vivid solo numbers have long been a hallmark of performances staged at the Yaroslavl Youth Theater.

In July 2014, the Yaroslavl Theater of the Young Spectator was named after Viktor Rozov on the eve of its 30th anniversary. And since 2018, the All-Russian Theater festival "ROZOVFEST" has become the hallmark of the theater. Every year, ROZOVFEST attracts talented directors and actors who are ready to present the works of Viktor Rozov, as well as his contemporaries and followers, to the audience. Thanks to the festival, residents of the city get the opportunity to see the best productions of Russian theaters.

The best performances of the theater can be viewed online, tours are regularly conducted behind the scenes, and the theater's social networks are always ready for dialogue with the audience.

The Uglich Museum is one of the oldest museums in Russia. It is located on the territory of the Uglich Kremlin. Opened at the end of the 19th century during the so-called "museum Renaissance" in the 15th-century monument to the Chamber of the Palace of the Uglich appanage princes, it still fulfills its noble mission of preserving, presenting, and popularizing Russian history. The museum's collections number more than 40 thousand items of storage. The expositions are located in five monuments, where works of ancient Russian painting and applied art are on display, the portrait gallery of the Uglich merchant class has been included in the golden fund of Russian provincial painting, and historical relics associated with significant events in Russian history attract attention. More than 200,000 tourists visit the museum every year.

The territory of the Kremlin, where the monuments are located, is adapted for the movement of people with disabilities:

-there are ramps;

-at the entrance to the Kremlin, a tactile mnemonic is installed indicating the objects of the visit in Braille.;

-all monuments have plaques with basic information in Braille about the architectural object.;

-there is a stairway for disabled visitors.;

-the entrance area and the ticket office are equipped with an employee call button;

-the entrance area and the ticket office are equipped with an induction loop (Istok information system);

-toilets are equipped with handrails for the convenience of visiting by people with limited mobility;

-two tactile models of monuments have been installed on the territory: the Church of Tsarevich Dimitri "on the blood" and the chamber of the Palace of the Uglich appanage princes. Tactile models are equipped with Braille texts with historical information about the monuments.The tactile models were created as part of the joint project "A special look at the Golden Ring" on the initiative and financial support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the socio-cultural project of the Alisher Usmanov Charitable Foundation "Art, Science and Sport" "A special look at the Golden Ring". This project is designed to solve the problem of adapting historical sites and museum expositions of the Golden Ring, making them accessible to tourists with visual disabilities. 

Yaroslavl Art Museum is the only specialized art museum in the region.

The collection of more than 80,000 works represents 9 centuries of art: from icons of the 13th century to animation of the 21st century. The collection is proud of paintings by Dmitry Levitsky, Karl Bryullov, Ivan Kramskoy, Vasily Perov, Ilya Repin, Yaroslavl merchant and noble portrait of the beginning of the XIX century. A representative collection of landscape paintings – Ivan Aivazovsky, Ivan Shishkin, Alexey Savrasov, Vasily Polenov, Isaac Levitan. The masters of the "World of Art", the "Jack of Diamonds" and the Russian avant-garde are vividly represented. Konstantin Korovin's collection is unique, including works from the late Parisian period.

The museum's exposition is located in the Governor's House, built in 1823 by decree of Alexander I and served not only as the residence of the Yaroslavl governors, but also as the travel palace of the Russian emperors.

A staircase is available in the museum for guests traveling in wheelchairs. Information signs in Braille have been installed for blind and visually impaired visitors. Typhoid guides and audio guides are available to explore the main exhibition "Russian Art of the XVIII – early XX century". Adapted guided tours and classes for children are provided for visitors with mental disabilities.

The Museum of Foreign Art opened in 2014. It is located in a two-storey mansion on Sovetskaya Square, built in the first third of the 19th century. The building is a striking example of an urban residential building in the style of mature classicism.

Now you can see the Western European art of the XVI – early XX centuries and the art of the East of the XVIII – early XX centuries. The exhibition features works by Dutch, Italian and French artists from the collection of the Yaroslavl Art Museum. The theme of the exhibition is continued by the garden next to the house, which grows unusual for the middle zone – sakura, spiraea, Manchurian apricot.

For visitors with musculoskeletal disorders, the entrance group of the museum is equipped with a ramp, the building has an elevator and a specially equipped toilet room. Typhoid guides on the exhibition "Western European Art of the XVI – XIX centuries", information plaques in Braille and audio guides are available for blind and visually impaired visitors. Adapted guided tours and classes for children are provided for visitors with mental disabilities. 

The Cosmos Museum was opened in 1975 and is dedicated to the fate of Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova, the world's first female cosmonaut who made a solo flight in 1963. You will learn about the triumphant path of the Yaroslavl Seagull and her contemporaries, visit the recreated peasant hut where the heroine spent her childhood, appreciate the charm of Yaroslavl in the 50s of the twentieth century, trace the evolution of spacesuits and rocket engines, get acquainted with the achievements of the country in space exploration and look into the cabin of the Vostok spacecraft, which visited the Earth's orbit. Tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket office of the Cosmos Museum.

The museum is equipped with an external ramp, and there is a toilet for visitors with disabilities.

The main attraction of the Yaroslavl region is a constellation of 12 ancient cities: Yaroslavl, Gavrilov-Yam, Danilov, Lyubim, Myshkin, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Poshekhonye, Rostov the Great, Rybinsk, Tutaev, Uglich and the flooded Mologa. Each of them has its own unique appearance and atmosphere.
